Are Elysian Lustre products 100% natural?

Our body butters are crafted using high-quality natural butters and oils. We also use professionally formulated fragrance oils that are IFRA-compliant and designed for safe cosmetic use. Some fragrance components may be nature-identical or synthetic — this ensures stability, consistency, and skin safety.

Can your products cause irritation or allergies?

As with any skincare product, individual sensitivities may occur.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. If you have known allergies, please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing.

What should I do if irritation occurs?

Stop using the product immediately and wash the area with mild soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Elysian Lustre cannot be held responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities where the product is not faulty.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Elysian Lustre does not test on animals, and our products are cruelty-free.

Are your products vegan?

Many of our products are vegan; however, some formulations may contain non-vegan ingredients (such as certain fragrance components). If vegan suitability is important to you, please contact us prior to purchase and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Our body butters are anhydrous (water-free) and therefore do not require traditional preservatives. To maintain product quality, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

What is the shelf life of your products?

When stored correctly, our products typically have a shelf life of 6–12 months. Always use clean, dry hands when applying to extend freshness.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are gentle; however, sensitive skin types should always perform a patch test. If you have highly reactive or compromised skin, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

Can I use your products during pregnancy or on children?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to use products on children, please consult a healthcare professional prior to use. Some fragrances and essential oils may not be suitable for all circumstances.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

All Elysian Lustre products are made to order.

Please note that delays outside our control (courier delays, public holidays, incorrect address details) may occur.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Elysian Lustre does not store or process your card details on our servers.

What is your refunds & returns policy?

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including fragrance preference.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable so we can assess the issue promptly.
